Dear Jamie Martin,

The issues with Sea Pro boats, particularly the Sea Pro 259 DLX, never seem to end. While some customers have appreciated your brief attempts to make things "right," the fact remains that many boats appear to have persistent issues that remain unresolved even after warranty intervention.

So far there are 1 documented complaints on this site, and while that might seem low to some, this platform is new and we've already received dozens of email complaints from owners nationwide. We are now actively soliciting and documenting these complaints to create a comprehensive database of Sea Pro customer experiences.

The lack of satisfactory resolution for many boat owners and the numerous similar stories we've received reflect how warranty claims are being handled at Sea Pro. We believe consumers have the right to know about other customers' experiences before making significant purchases.

As the Warranty Manager at Sea Pro Boats in Whitmire, South Carolina, your role is crucial in addressing customer concerns. This letter serves as a public record of the collective frustration many Sea Pro owners have expressed regarding warranty service and issue resolution.
