Dear Jimmy Hancock,

As an executive at Sea Pro Boats in Whitmire, South Carolina, you hold a position of significant responsibility in ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality. Unfortunately, the experiences documented on this platform suggest that many customers feel their concerns are not being adequately addressed.
